UI and UX Designer Front End Developer

Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions.
Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs.
Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features.
Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
A solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability and accessibility concerns.
Extensive experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.
Work closely with marketing and product management teams to identify research topics, manage and conduct user research and concept development
Designing information architectures, user interfaces (UI), page templates and functionality that meets user and business needs.
Transform ideas into wireframes and prototypes to create mobile-first, accessible, and customer-centric mockups for projects to illustrate how sites function and look like.
Collaborate with front-end developers and engineering to create HTML and CSS-friendly designs which meet specifications.
Demonstrated project management skills including problem solving, data analysis, multi-tasking, and meeting deadlines.
Critical thinker and problem-solving aptitude
3 to 5 years digital experience with focus on UX / UI, e-commerce, web and application experience. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience designing complex solutions for complete digital environments.
