Danone is currently hiring a Branch Admin
* Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily office operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to company policies
- Perform administrative functions such as data entry, filing, and managing correspondence
- Oversee the end-to-end hiring and resignation process for Frontliners (FLs)
- Monitor and manage office supply inventory, placing orders when necessary
- Liaise with various departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-functioning office environment
- Prepare and submit accurate commission and daily sales reports
- Lead and support the outsourced team to ensure productivity and alignment with company goals
* Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- 1–2 years of experience in a sales or data analysis position
- Hands-on experience in preparing commission and sales reports
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to interpret and present data effectively
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
- Strong organizational skills with the capacity to handle multiple responsibilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration
