Key Responsibilities:
* Marketing Strategy Development:
- Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
- Align marketing campaigns with the company's business goals and product portfolio.
* Market Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
- Analyze data to guide marketing efforts and improve ROI.
* E-Commerce Management:
- Develop and execute strategies to grow the company’s online sales channels, including the website and other e-commerce platforms.
- Monitor website traffic, customer behavior, and sales performance to optimize online presence and conversions.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure a seamless customer experience, including inventory updates and order fulfillment.
* Brand and Design Management:
- Strengthen the Kheyoot brand through innovative and consistent messaging across all platforms.
- Oversee the creation of Kheyoot’s textile designs, ensuring alignment with market trends and customer preferences.
- Work closely with the design and production teams to deliver high-quality and marketable products.
* Digital Marketing:
- Oversee online marketing strategies, including social media, email campaigns, and SEO.
- Enhance the company's online visibility and e-commerce capabilities.
* Product Promotion:
- Collaborate with the sales and product teams to create effective promotional campaigns for new and existing textile products.
- Develop content (e.g., brochures, catalogs, and website updates) that highlights product quality and innovations.
* Team Management:
- Lead, manage, and mentor the marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and creativity.
- Set team goals, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback to ensure high productivity and job satisfaction.
